1. What We Collect
We collect information you provide in the assessment request form: full name, work email address, company name, job title, domain, monthly email volume estimate, primary challenge, and any additional context you choose to share.
We do not collect: payment card information (processed by our payment provider), personal browsing data beyond what is standard in web server logs, or any data from your email infrastructure without explicit engagement consent.
2. How We Use It
Information from assessment requests is used to: qualify and respond to engagement enquiries, create contact records in our CRM (HubSpot), send confirmation and follow-up emails related to your request, and scope assessment engagements. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Contact records are stored in HubSpot CRM. Email communications are sent via Resend. Infrastructure data collected during assessments is stored securely and associated with the engagement. Assessment data is deleted upon written request after engagement closure.
4. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Standard web server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are retained for security and debugging purposes.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@vaixus.tech. We will respond within 30 days.
