1. Assessment Refunds
A full refund is available for assessment engagements that have not yet been delivered. Once an Assessment Report has been delivered, refunds are not available for that deliverable.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a delivered assessment, please contact support@vaixus.tech to discuss the concern. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
2. Remediation Refunds
Refunds for remediation work are available for work not yet begun. Once implementation has commenced, partial refunds may be issued for uncompleted work at the discretion of Vaixus Technologies.
3. Monitoring Retainer Refunds
Monthly monitoring retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Unused portions of a prepaid monthly period are not refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@vaixus.tech with your engagement reference and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
