Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026  ·  Questions? support@vaixus.tech

1. Engagement Scope

These Terms govern all consulting engagements between Vaixus Technologies and clients. Each engagement is defined by a written proposal accepted by both parties. The proposal specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

2. Deliverables

Vaixus Technologies will deliver the agreed assessment reports, remediation plans, verification reports, and monitoring summaries as specified in the engagement proposal. Deliverables are provided in electronic form. All deliverables are subject to consultant review before delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate domain and infrastructure information in the assessment request. Clients are responsible for implementing approved remediation actions in their own infrastructure environments. Vaixus Technologies does not take responsibility for changes implemented without explicit written approval.

4. Confidentiality

Vaixus Technologies will not disclose client infrastructure details, assessment findings, or engagement information to third parties without written consent. Assessment data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted upon written request. Public sample reports use only synthetic or publicly observable domains.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Vaixus Technologies does not guarantee specific deliverability improvements, inbox placement rates, or email performance outcomes. Assessments identify issues and provide remediation guidance. Implementation outcomes depend on client action and third-party platform behaviour outside Vaixus control.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each engagement proposal. Assessment engagements are invoiced before delivery. Retainer engagements are invoiced monthly in advance. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement where possible, and by arbitration where not.
